Our project Real Talk: Screentime explores the failures of young adults to stay off of their phones. We interviewed five young adults as an example for our target group (young adults aged 16-29) and asked them about their screen time and recommendations to reduce screen time in the future. We visualized the facts and provided an extrapolation of the screentime usage over
ones lifespan. Our goal is to create media awareness, and we would love to create a change of mind.
